Whether you’re a hardcore 80’s kid or you just really know your Family Guy gags, Disney’s first real stab at special effects, ‘Tron’, is a miraculously enduring piece of popular culture. I say miraculous because it for anyone who has seen it, it’s quite possibly the most dated film ever made. But hey, the 80’s seems to be the one decade that we just can’t stop regurgitating back onto ourselves. The fashion, the cult classic films, just about anyone whose signed up for ‘Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew’… at this point it’s there is a pretty seamless gap between then and now, with countless movie remakes only drawing it closer.
